Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume periods, promotions, or new drops, processing times may be slightly extended.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Heart & Hand Co. is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the United States.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Heart & Hand Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Heart & Hand Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your package is marked as delivered but not received, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 5 days of delivery at:
